I am a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland and have spent the past several years as a small business owner and a grassroots activist and leader across the United States. I have a strong belief in limited government, low taxes, and programs which build on the future of our great country.

Currently, in addition to my role as President and Managing Director of SydanTech, I serve a a member of the Governor's Homeland Security Advisory Council for the State of Maryland, appointed by Governor Robert Ehrlich in 2003. I am also on the Executive Council for the Maryland Republican Party and serve as the Statewide Advisor and Mentor for both the Maryland Teenage Republicans and Maryland College Republicans. I also am the National Sergeant at Arms for the YRNF.

I made the decision to run for the United States Congress after much encouragement from National Leadership in the Republican Party. After many years as a community activist I realized that there are many problems in the National Capital Region which our representatives  at both the national and local levels have ignored. Our failing schools, high taxes, out of control government spending, and crime. I have watched how our leaders have ignored the most poorly performing schools in our communities, which also happen to have the largest gang problems in our region. I have experienced gridlocked public roadways and over capacity pubic transportation; which has contributed to a severe lack of affordable housing in our communities. This are ISSUES THAT MATTER to our community. We must tackle these concerns for not only our sake, but for the future of our country.
